Raising the Next Generation of Healthcare Providers
Through scholarships, career advice, and educational opportunities, we’re ensuring skilled healthcare for the future.

Guidance for Present & Future Healthcare Professionals in Southeast AL
Today, dozens of rural healthcare providers are struggling to stay afloat in the communities that need them most. These clinics need fresh healthcare professionals and expert guidance, and AHEC is providing it for them. We’re also safeguarding the next generation of healthcare professionals by providing scholarships and career guidance to the students of today so that they can help the patients of tomorrow.
As a community-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the Southeast Alabama Area Health Education Center (SEAAHEC) is a non-profit, community-based organization located in Montgomery, Alabama. As part of the overall Alabama Statewide AHEC Program, we provide training, education, and helpful resources for healthcare professionals.
