Dr. Lee Sharma is a seasoned gynecologist with a private practice in Auburn, Alabama, since 1997. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and provides consulting services to physicians and hospitals on conflict analysis and dispute system design. Dr. Sharma hosts the podcast “Scalpel and Sword,” which addresses conflict and negotiation in the medical field. A graduate of teachDX, she equips clinicians with tools for teaching diagnostic skills. With over thirty years of advocacy for patients through various medical organizations, Dr. Sharma is dedicated to health policy, advocacy, and conflict management. Her family, including her physician husband and children, a chemical engineer/bartender, and a third-year law student, are her greatest supporters. Dr. Sharma remains passionate about fostering peace in the medical community.
